Summary
Lymphoma represents the most common renal tumor in the cat; always bilateral, though lymphomatous infiltration might be very different in the two kidneys. Almost always, lymphoma determines bilateral nephromegaly, previously seen in radiography and perceived at palpation (this will be the reason of the request of echographic examination).
